Émilie is an ESRC funded doctoral student working in the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University. Émilie's research explores the experiences of young people who volunteer in developing countries. Her main methodological interest is in developing a psychosocial longitudinal approach to the study of subjectivity, identity and experience. This doctoral work is due to be completed in late 2012.
