I am a professor of Anaesthesiology, pain relief & palliative Care at the regional cancer Center, Cuttack, Orissa, India. I am interested in palliative care. Took several fellowships to visit palliative care centers in UK, USA, Singapore, Thailand and Hongkong. Spent 6 months at International School of Cancer care, Oxford in 1994. Did my Diploma in Palliative medicine from Cardiff University in 2004. presently registered as MSc Student. I have been attending palliative care meetings, UICC conferences since 1991. I am one of the founder members of Indian Association of Palliative Care in 1994. Presently I am the President till 2010 Feb.
